Day one at Long Key State Park

This is our view outside the window of Tweety. There is a small beach right in front of him as you will see in the other pics.

Today starts the beginning of the end to our trip. We traveled a total of 20 miles to Long Key State Park. Our site is number 15 right on the beach.

We got the Kayak in the water to take a ride. Tweety looks a little worried.

The water is smooth and warm.

We came across a rookery.

They did not seem to mind us at all.

An osprey looks over the area.

There were many Ibis resting in the trees.

We kayaked for a number of miles.

The moon is almost full. In the pic it looks like the sun.

Another nice end to a perfect day.

We also saw the perfect pull vehicle for Tweety. A yellow Tracker. If you look close you can see Tweety on the seat covers.
