We traveled to Wompatuck State Park at the base of Cape Cod. This was a military base at one time and now is a state park.
Tweety is very happy to be in the woods and the shade. It was 84 degrees today.
The park is known for it bikeways. The military put roads all over and now they are bike trails.
The ones that we traveled were all paved, but the beech trees were dropping their leaves.

The park is a nice contrast to what we have been seeing for the last couple of days. We rode our bikes for about 8 miles.We would have gone farther, but Becky's tire went flat so we had to walk our bikes back to the camper.
